The quality just wasn’t great. It looked cheap right out of the box, and then it broke after only a few days. I tried reaching out about it, but I kind of felt ignored, which made the whole experience even more frustrating...

I guess the site worked in the end, so that’s something, but using it wasn’t exactly smooth. The pages took a while to load, and the checkout process felt more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe it’s fine if you’re patient, but I wasn’t super impressed.

I thought this would be a quick, easy assembly based on how it was presented, but it ended up being a total headache. The instructions barely made sense, and I spent way too much time trying to figure out what went where. Definitely not as straightforward as I was led to believe.

I sent my order back a while ago and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted support a few times, but it feels like I’m stuck in a loop getting slow replies that don’t actually move anything forward. The whole return process has been confusing and messy, and I’m just left waiting with no clear answer. Really frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t order again.

The box showed up crushed, and a few of the parts had scratches on them. I know things can happen during shipping, but when something arrives looking beat up before you even get to use it, it kind of takes away from the excitement...

I ordered from Man Cave Store expecting the products to feel a little more premium given the price, but once it arrived, it seemed average to me.

To be fair, nothing was damaged or completely disappointing, but after adding shipping to the item cost, the total climbed quickly. I also ended up seeing similar stuff for less elsewhere afterward, which was frustrating.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the value just didn’t really line up for me. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a solid sale or the prices came down...

I had to email them twice before I finally got a response. They did end up helping me in the end, but the whole process felt really slow. What made it more annoying was having to go through verification more than once, even though I’d already given them the info. Customer service just took way too long for my liking
